1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the pages served from icedit.ai (the "Site"). It does not replace the privacy terms of websites, tools, or embedded services operated by others. When you interact with those services, their own policies and technical practices may apply.
2. Information the Site may collect
The main Site and Google Analytics may collect standard website usage and device information. Depending on your browser, settings, and location, this may include:
- Pages viewed, approximate visit times, referring pages, and interactions with Site features.
- Browser type, operating system, device type, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, and similar technical data.
- Cookies or comparable identifiers used to measure traffic, understand Site performance, and distinguish visits.
This information is generally used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Site and to understand aggregate usage. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices.
3. Embedded online playground
The online playground embeds https://img2.icedit.ai in an iframe. Content inside that frame is delivered by a separate service context.
When using the playground, you may supply an API key directly to the embedded service and submit prompts or upload images for processing. The parent icedit.ai page does not claim to store or read your API key, prompts, or uploaded content. However, the embedded service, its infrastructure, an API provider, or another service involved in generating results may receive or process that information. Their privacy, security, logging, and retention practices may apply.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, unlawful, or personally identifying material unless you understand and accept the practices of the service receiving it. Protect API keys as credentials, review account activity, and revoke or rotate a key if you believe it has been exposed.
4. External links and third-party services
The Site may link to or display resources from services that ICEdit AI does not control, including:
- api.sublyx.org, which may provide accounts or API keys used with the playground.
- OpenArt and Quark resources linked from workflow or download pages.
- YouTube videos or embedded media.
- AIStage and other external resource sites.
Opening a link, loading embedded media, creating an account, or using a third-party service may disclose information such as your IP address, browser data, cookies, account details, or content directly to that third party. Review the relevant provider's terms and privacy policy before using its service.
5. Your choices
You can limit cookies through browser controls, privacy extensions, or device settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect analytics and some Site or embedded features. You can also avoid the online playground, use local open-source workflows where appropriate, refrain from following external links, and remove metadata or personal information from images before uploading them.
Requests or questions concerning data handled by a third-party service should generally be directed to that service, because the parent Site may not possess or control that data.
6. Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect the Site, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and other credentials used with external services.
Standard Site and analytics data may be retained only as reasonably needed for operation, security, measurement, and legal obligations, subject to the settings and practices of relevant service providers. Retention of API keys, prompts, images, or outputs submitted to the embedded playground or another third party is governed by that service's practices; the parent Site does not represent that it controls those retention periods.
7. International users
The Site and connected providers may operate infrastructure in more than one country. As a result, information may be processed in countries whose privacy rules differ from those where you live. By choosing to use the Site or a linked service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur, subject to applicable law and the relevant provider's safeguards.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly seek personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a Site-controlled feature, use the Contact page to review the currently available contact route. For information sent to an embedded or external provider, contact that provider directly as well.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Site, its integrations, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised when an update is published. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site when appropriate.
10. Contact
No privacy email address, postal address, or legal entity contact is currently published. Visit the Contact page for the current support status and guidance on preparing a privacy request. Do not send API keys, passwords, private images, or other secrets in a request.
